I am a founder of a home care cooperative that strives to build economic and business development for low wealth and minority communities. I am looking to learn, advance leadership, management and business skills within myself and organization. I envision Soaring Independent Coop leading individuals to independence and increased self-sufficiency quality of life. I promote positive imagery through superior customer service, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of a variety of business operations. I maintain the highest level of accuracy of outcomes, in accordance with, company policies and procedures.
