Hi, I'm Sarah, and I'm grateful to work with big thinkers, game changers, and innovators to increase their positive impact in the world. My clients are high-impact individuals, teams, and organizations who are serious about making a positive dent in the universe. Our work together is part strategic thought partnership, part coaching, part leadership development, and part co-creating magic through high-impact experiences. I care deeply about triple bottom line (people, profits, planet) and am a member of 1% For the Planet. When I'm not working with my incredible clients, I'm usually somewhere in nature or experimenting in the kitchen.
Brings to Board
I am a coach and facilitator and am skilled at bringing together a group in service of a shared why/purpose; clarifying that shared why/purpose when it's unclear; and helping to bring together different people toward a shared outcome. I have experience in the corporate world and experience as an entrepreneur, and I also have experience working with many types of clients and individuals from the public sector, the private sector, and the nonprofit sector. My hope is that I can bring together these experiences and skills to be of service to a local organization doing great work.
Hopes for a Board Seat
The opportunity for service/servant leadership, personal growth, professional growth, and the opportunity to learn about communities and organizations that I might not be interacting with regularly as part of my day-to-day rhythms. Since starting my business in 2013, one of my main 'why's' was to be able to give back in meaningful ways. My hope is that I would be able to live out this 'why' in a small way by contributing as a board member. Additionally, I hope to build new relationships and get to know people who I might not interact with or know currently.
