Dilyn Riesterer

Study Abroad Advisor and Program Coordinator

Dilyn Riesterer is the Study Abroad Advisor, Student Employee Supervisor at Edgewood College. She also serves as an advisor to the International Club. An alumna of the University of Wisconsin- Madison, Dilyn has a Master's of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis with an emphasis on Global Higher Education. She earned her BA in Communication and Media studies at St. Norbert College. She has studied abroad twice—participating in Sommerhochschule, a summer program in Austria sponsored through the University of Vienna, completed two months intensive German language training in Vienna, Austria and subsequently studied for a semester in Germany. She is passionate about international education. She quotes, Anthony Bourdain who said, "Travel changes you. As you move through this life and this world, you change things slightly. But travel— leaves a mark on you."
