The Center for Community Stewardship builds the capacity of people working to make our community better through facilitating community conversations and offering fiscal sponsorship.
Summary
Fiscal sponsorship helps social entrepreneurs do their work in our community without needing to have their own nonprofit. This alternative to starting a nonprofit allows projects to seek grants and solicit tax-deductible donations under C4CS’s exempt status. C4CS works with over 50 different organizations doing great work in the Madison area.
Board Position
We are looking for 1-2 board members with marketing, social media, and community entrepreneurship skills.
