Creative Community Living Services
We believe that every person is a valuable human being, and therefore must be treated with respect and dignity. We believe that there is dignity in risk, and that risks must be taken to grow beyond the safety of preconceived limitations. We believe that all people deserve to live in and be a part of the community. We believe that the physical environment of a community program reflects the dignity and worth of the individuals who live and work there, and therefore must be well maintained. We believe that all people deserve the right to choose, guide, and/or direct the way they live. We believe that all services must operate from a solid financial base, and we will negotiate contracts that will provide adequate funding. We serve more than 400 people of the DD and ID population with; 1 on 1 service and residential services in Dane and 11 other counties throughout Wisconsin.
Summary
We provide services to the DD/ID population. We are a company with 400+ employees providing services for the states Family Care program working with all of the MCO's. We also have a division, Creative Living Environments, that serves the elderly in Assisted Living/CBRF's in Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Waukesha counties.
Board Position
We are looking for Board members with a variety of backgrounds (see below). Above one's background or skill set is our quest to find a Board member who does or could share our passion for the population we serve.
