Board Position Details
We are seeking a CPA and somebody knowledgeable about marketing, however, we are open to community members who have expertise or interest in our work. A Board member comfortable with an entrepreneurial innovative organization would be a great plus as we have doubled in size the past year.
- Board Term: 2 years. 4-8 hours/month
- Financial Contribution: Board members are not required to contribute financially.
- Faith-based Organization: We are not a faith-based organization.

About Center for Community Stewardship (C4CS)
Our organization works in two main areas. Fiscal Sponsorship helps social entrepreneurs do their good work in our community without needing to have their own nonprofit. This alternative to starting a nonprofit allows projects to seek grants and solicit tax-deductible donations under C4CS’s exempt status. We recently launched a new facilitation/community conversations program. We are doing Listening Circles with Police & Residents and offering collaborative conversations facilitation training. We would like to grow this part of our work, and welcome Board members interested in this area.
